The base price is understood to be for a double room (occupied by two people), per day and per person, including breakfast, taxes and services (waiters and chambermaids), and excluding occupancy tax. In the event that the Customer should require that certain rooms be occupied by only one person, the Hotels may demand an additional charge per room. Occupancy tax shall be paid in full by the Customer no later than the groups date of arrival at the Hotel. The VAT rate charged shall be that in effect at the time of reservation.
