This apartment complex is situated in an elegant and peaceful district of Playacar, and only around 100 m from the shopping centre as well as 150 m from Playa del Carmen, where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to be found. In addition, the island Cozumel and the Mayan ruins of Tulum as well as both water parks, Xel-Ha and Xcaret are just some of the nearby attractions. From the hotel, it is about 70 km to Cancun airport. Renovated in 2005, the complex consists of two buildings, which are separated by the pool and the sun terrace, offering guests a total of seven apartments, which have been designed in Mexican style and offer every type of modern comfort. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park. The 7 apartments are divided into 4 small double storey lodgings with the bedroom on the upper floor, 2 studios by the pool area and 1 apartments with a kitchenette and American bar. The lodgings are equipped with a combined lounge/bedroom with a double sofa bed (not in the studios), a separate bedroom, a kitchen for 4 persons with a fridge and a microwave as well as an en suite bathroom. In addition, a TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, bed linen, hand towels and toiletries. A daily cleaning service is also offered. Leisure options include a swimming pool and a grill area for barbecues. Within around 50 m guests will find a public tennis court. There are also plenty of diving and snorkelling opportunities along the whole coast.
